Example situation:
A Premier Referral Services Associate would refer a Buyer, Seller, Lessor, or Lessee to an agent or brokerage of their choice, locally, nationally, or worldwide. If the Associate doesn't have a preference, Premier Referral Services will locate a qualified broker to handle the referral. At the time of sale or lease, Premier Referral Services will be paid the referral and share in the compensation with the Associate.
